Great read. I will take a short walk today. Walk during commercial breaks as well.

The article is another good reminder of what we need to do!

Thinking about walking to/from work again today. But, it's 45f degrees out! If I do, great! If I don't, I will take a long walk, at work (inside!) at lunch time and again at the end of the day, to compensate.

We have a 3 hour trip planned today down to Connecticut to visit friends and family. I will work in my activity around that trip. Fortunately, we aren't returning home today so it won't be a 6 hour car ride today.

    Happy Sunday Everyone!

I have nothing special planned today, but the weather has been lovely, so I'm hoping to get out into the beautiful fall weather.

I did a 5K fundraising walk this morning and if you include the walking to get there and back my total is. 6.4 miles. I am gonna sit for awhile now.

I spent some time today with my son, daughter-in-law and 1 yr old grandson. We went strolling through a newly renovated garden in our city. It was on different levels, but because baby was in a stroller we took the angled paths and not the stairs. It was a great day, and the garden, although almost done for the year, was still beautiful. It was only a .5 mile walk though. Later I put in another 20 min cardio exercise.
