Not good at logging food......

Hey all. Still learning how to use this app. Food logging pretty much non existent last week. I have a hard time remembering to do it. Also don't really have a set food plan so that hasn't helped. Just getting back into healthy lifestyle. Figure I'll feel better like the 5th or 6 week. :-)

    Just do your best! Even if it's not 100% accurate! I'm looking for a rough idea of what your diet looks like! This will be a great start to your healthy lifestyle journey!

    I'm having a hard time with this because I pack my own lunch and it's hard to calculate the calories.

    You can scan most packages with your fitness pal app. You can also find most foods on there. I weigh everything and enter it in. Really helps me to stay on track! You've got a great coach
