Hi there! My name is Kari and I'm 3.5 years post-op VSG. I've maintained a weight loss of 150-155 lbs (depending on the day) and would love to add more people to MFP to give and get support! MFP has been a huge staple in helping me maintain and I've noticed many of my friends on here haven't been as active or have been gone for months, so would love to new friends so we can help cheer each other on! wow that is great! I am also almost 4 years out , was still 30 lbs from goal and have now gained 20 lbs..trying to get back in game so here I am would love the support1
