New to Fitness Blender

Hi folks!
I am brand-new to Fitness Blender, as in I just started yesterday. Do you have any tips on succeeding using Fitness Blender as a weight-loss tool? I have already added 1-2 workouts a day for the next two weeks to my schedule (with 1-2 days off a week). I know there is no "secret" to succeeding, but... is there anything you've found helps you stick with Fitness Blender?

    Hey, I know its late, but the tips of succeding in working out is doing the physical activity you like because its going to be easy to commit. I love fitnessblender because I love to challenge myself and because they offer lots of challenging workouts (no matter whats your fitness level) its motivates me a lot, I've never done their 4-8 week plans but lots of people keeep doing them and they see lots of results and it helps them commit to exercise after the plans. I've never done their 2-8 week plans, but I always pick my workouts and I've been seeing results.
