Does anyone else go walking at Sabino Canyon? I try to go 3 days a week. I use hikearizona.com to figure my calories burned since they use gps and accumulated elevation gain, which is more accurate. Right now, I just go by myself, usually about 5 PM. Let me know if you are interested. I do not run and maintain about 3 mph.
