Hi All! I'm moving to Northern Virginia in a few weeks and would like to find a good trail running group, or road group even. Any tips? I also do a bit of crossfit. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Where in Northern VA? I work in Arlington and run there sometimes on the Mount Vernon Trail: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mount_Vernon_Trail
And actually, I might be interested in a running group if there are any folks nearby that know of one. I haven't looked, so don't know how to hook up with one.0 -
Ask at local running stores. They may run (or know of) groups in the area. Searching Facebook and Google is a good idea as well.0
