SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Life time goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)
Weigh ins: What days you will weigh in, for example;
4/1/16= (Fill out after each weigh in.)
4/8/16=
4/15/16=
4/22/16=
4/29/16= (Final weigh in for the month.)

I am not looking forward to my weigh-in tomorrow. I had a jump upward, then it headed back down, then up again, which is why I only count my weight once a week. We fluctuate for a number of reasons so I'm trying very hard not to let it get to me, and I'm hoping tomorrow's fluctuation is in the 'back downward' direction. Just keep swimming, I guess.0
