    Good Morning,
    Tis Frydee! Frydee! Frydee!
Told to slow down on exercise and activity till CK levels get back closer to normal, when will doctors learn that there are outliers in all circumstances; but I'll comply.
Was hoping for a quiet weekend but WW meeting Sat. morning and training Sunday afternoon.
Would like to get some yard work done but ground is so hard from lack of rain the pick bounces plus it continues to be in 80's during day.
I believe we are going to have to purchase lots of Christmas decorations this year, got rid of many during move, can't use live tree because DD is allergic and would not be able to come inside.
Teens from regular part of our development, we live in 55+ area, will be trick or treating for non-perishable food for the caring place, reckon we'll have to go to store; we do not use can goods or processed packaged food. Could give them a case of dried beans but from lady we know that works at caring place folks do not know how to cook dried beans and peas anymore.
Hope all have a super weekend.
    Enjoy the Day,

Good morning. Woo hoo it's Friday.

I'm not old and I know how to cook dried beans.

Had a great girls night out at a local pub last night. Drank too many beers (point wise) I've got a plan for the weekend. Hope I can stick with it since I'm going out tomorrow night too. Want to. E down 10pounds in 3 months. Totally doable!!

Got my little bags of popcorn ready for the trick or treaters .

    Take care.

    Morning~

You got me by a minute, Sam

What a great idea! We've lost sight of the fact that there is a huge element of our population who need - but have become so engrossed in our own wants that its been easy to ignore others may not have enough food today. Proud of your community for stepping up, Sam!

    Have an inspired day!

    Morning BBB

Halloween party at work yesterday. It eas supposed to be from 3- 5 but really all the commotion started at 12 . Thankfully got two major projects done and sent off before it got too crazy.

    Mornin' BBB.

Skip...Raine and I do the same train...and I drive my pickup to work.

Like the trick or treating for the food pantry. That's very cool.

    Kelly, "old" is relative.

    Good Morning BBB.
    Go Cubs Go!
Really good training last evening. Jack did a "blank" on a large wood rubble pile and then 2 "victims" on the concrete rubble pile.
We do not get trick or treaters.
Sam - love the idea of non perishable donations.
Lee - I like our version of the train better! I drive an Escape to get around.
Bill - fire pit and hot chocolate sounds lovely.
Kelly - besides the main tree we have a Charlie Brown tree too and also a tabletop fiber optic. Outside is all white except the little structure covering our well pump and that is colored lights with a Snoopy silhouette on top. Cute to see from the road. Lit wreath on front door.
Ten pounds in 3 months is very doable - and a nice way to keep control through the holidays.
I'm in with you Kelly - let's do it!
    Do good out there everyone.

Git er done good folks. Good idea. Our WW meeting collects candy after halloween and sends it to the troops. We didn't have candy last year and really only saw maybe one or two kids in the neighborhood anyway. We are not buying candy. Nice to see the cubs in game 2 and hoping they have a good game tonight.
Saw a guy from Mineral Point Wisconsin on TV last night (90+yr old) who was all things cubs and some locals bought him a ticket to tonights game. How fun.

Good morning BBB Friends. Made the trip into the big city this morning. I got good news yesterday that a skin biopsy was benign. Date with the DW tonight for a local production play.

Great news Dennis. I still have a couple gf's that sun bath, slathered in oil...sigh..... scary.
    Enjoy the date tonite!

I just got a hold of the lawn maintenance guy that did a one time clean up right when we move in at the new yard. He is at our house right now clearing all the leaves, cleaning the gutters, and cutting lawn. Im going to score big with SO when he pulls in after work tonite!. He doesn't know I hired this "guy" for today, and he's there doing his yard work right now!
HA! LOL. I might even get lucky tonite, who knows?! The possibilities are endless <3>:)
