Holy Cow! Good morning BBB Friends. Yep, it's going to be a long day. Stayed up for the game and some of the celebration. It's a shame the Indians had to lose but I'm really happy for the Cubs. Apparently Jason Heyward gave a heck of a pep talk during the rain delay. Sam, fortunately I don't need to head east today.0

So, went to the annual home owners assc mtg, our first. We laughed about the trick/treat trick played on me and some others at the mtg. The Dad said he'd email me the video. Not sure it made it to youtube??? With that, I was nominated and elected to the board. Not an exec position, just a member, which is more than enough for me. Then they kinda of pushed another lady on board into President role and voted, she won. She was not expecting such and I don't think was very thrilled about it. Out of 88 home owners, only a hand full showed up at this annual mtg. Nothing new according to the board... Really the only thing they seem to now deal with is the retaining pond and land its on, and the subdivision welcome signage. All else, bylaws etc. pretty much are un enforced for the most part. And really do not have any issues anyway....

Glad the homeowners meeting worked out OK albeit with some drama.
Cubs win Cubs win. Sometimes good to be a Westcoaster so just after 10PM instead of past midnight here for end of game and some festivities.

Mary, DS and friend will be in Green Bay to watch colts vs packers Sunday. He called and "told" me he was going. I thought he was asking permission. He finally said," mom, I'm not asking you for permission, I just wanted you to know I was going". Growing pains. Ha ha ha ha
