    Good morning men. Got called up for babysitting duty yesterday - DGD was sick and stayed home from 1st grade. Packed frozen WW dinner and fruit to bring with me. I did okay till the third time I went past their Halloween candy bowl and "just looked in" to see what was in it, and the malted milk balls caught my eye. Alas, eventually I downed maybe 2 dozen.

    Today is a new day.

    Good morning gentlemen.

    DW met with infectious disease specialist yesterday. She has TB, he thinks, though she has no symptoms. Even so, more is going on than in a typical latent case pf TB. Because of the unusual circumstances, he wants to consult with a TB expert. Short story is that she is still waiting for a definitive word on what happens going forward. Sigh.

    Congratulations to Cubs fans. With all the hoopla over their drought from winning a World Series, no none spares any sympathy for the only Major League city to never get in the Series at all. Yes, I mean the poor, forgotten Seattle Mariners. Forty years and counting.

    Good Morning. Up and started right into working east coast hours. We seem to have hit a lull so I may try driving up to the office soon. I have been there once in 10 weeks. Coffee grinder at home is broken so it is off to the land of free coffee. Fortunately we buy good coffee in the office.

    I had more trigger point injections and another Toradol cocktail yesterday. Doing pretty well, and beginning to sit for short stretches several times a day. Side effects of some of the meds are bit strong though.

    Congratulations to the Cubs for finding a way to battle back into the series and end 108 years of heartache. It was a great game and series.

    So sorry about your dear wife Dave. I too have positive TB skin test but no symptoms but could be a worry if I need other treatments. Hmmm. Really sending good Ts and Ps for you and your wife.
