MONDAY: MIA but back full force

Hi everyone!
Sorry for creating this group and then running. It's been a bit crazy for me lately. Went to my cousin's wedding in Mexico and then came back and completely went off the rails. Lots of family and work stuff that just made me not want to deal with calorie counting or workouts. But, now I'm back in full force and I hope to bring this group back to life. So, here is my first Monday accountability:
Got a gym membership so today will be my first day using it! Yahooo!
Breakfast was pretty good, but I'll be getting myself a muffin or something at a morning meeting at work. Pairing it with regular coffee though instead of a fancy milk-based drink, so that's a win! It's all about the little wins right?!
Brought a meatball soup for lunch and I have some grapes and cheese to eat before my afternoon workout.
