My main goals for this week are to stop eating between meals (unless it's planned), and to run at least 35 miles and swim at least 2 times.2

My goals are at least 8 cups of water every day, 6000 steps every day, stay within my calories, and get caught up on the laundry! My son, who lives in the living room, cleaned up! He found stray socks I've been missing, dress shoes he needs next week, and we recycled at least a pound of old homework papers. I bought him a new winter jacket, and he brought me two for the Goodwill box. Win!
And since he wants to eat better too, we have food to eat at home 4 out of 5 nights this week!1 -
My goal for this week is to log in every bit I take. Stay under 1400 calories.1

I've been way off track lately, so my goals this week are:
1. Log my food and drink on MFP each day the rest of this week.
2. At least 5 workouts this week1 -
My plan is to continue to eat less sugar, simple carbs and processed foods. Drink more water and exercise.1

Progress and goals
progress
1. Lost four totally stupid pounds... Stupid because I think they were salt related and stupid carb crazy behavior from October.
2. Two successful post 12hour work shifts without eating after work to relax
goals
1. Try out swimming in pool..( open water swimming over) arm surgery and jaw condition has limited my swimming.
2. Eat only at dining table...( got a terrible habit of reading in big chair and eating mindlessly
3. Increase run to 7.5-8 miles safely with no injury
Phone alarms to stop after work eating. Makes me laugh... But works so far.
