Crossfit assault course!

We did this this morning with a 20 minute cut off. Absolute killer!

1 rope climb
2 barbell bear complex
30 box jumps
Through a tunnel, walk along a beam, through a tractor tire (burpee penalty for knocking over the tire)
400m run
50 double unders
40 wall balls
30 pull ups
20 kettlebell snatches
10 burpess toes to bar

I managed it in 18.58 with lots of scaling! It was horrible at the time but afterwards it seemed kinda fun
