Hi everyone! Today started off a bit rough. Caved to a chocolate muffin craving. I do have soup and enough snacks to get me through the day and to the gym, so that's good...but it's been a hard week with the elections, ect. Kind of threw me off my game. BUT, no one's fault but mine. Must get back at it.

For lunch I have meatball soup, without the pasta (mostly because I ran out). I have an apple and a fibre 1 bar. I also have a healthy sugar-less muffin if I need something before my workout. We shall see.

What did you pack for lunch? Any plans for this evening?
