Whats everyone's commitment today? What are you going to do extra to keep losing for Friday's weigh in?

-Drink 10 glasses of water
-Stay within my 1,000 calorie deficit
-12,000 Steps
-80 Squats
-30 Lunges
*I am also going to try not to drink more than two glasses of wine tonight with friends!0 -
Hmmmm i just may go retro here today and walk my stupid hill tonite when i get home from work! Have a cookout today at work so my challenge is to avoid the chips n dips n all the good ole things in life.0

Today is my bike-riding day, so I'll ride around the lake which is 6.75 miles. Depending on what time I actually get out there this evening, I might push it a little further and ride an extra half mile or so. I also decided last night to start doing situps everyday except my rest days, so today I'll do 50 situps!!
I'm taking another employee to lunch today, and this time we're going out for Italian! I did good yesterday and chose the lowest-calorie item on the menu, so today I'll do my research again and do the same.
Additional goal today is to drink 8 glasses of water. I barely squeaked by with that yesterday, so today I'll make a bigger effort.

This morning I went for the slowest run in the world. Really it was more of a shuffle. I shuffled for 2 miles this morning. I've been asking a lot of my legs the past few days and they're shot. Trainer session tonight but we did legs & abs on Monday night so I'm guessing tonight will be upper body.
I've gotten a little lazy with my food choices the past few days so back on track today. My calories have been okay but I've had a lot of sodium & fat. I just feel sluggish. Lots of water today to flush out the extra sodium from the past couple days.0
