I've lost all of the pregnancy weight but I still have a belly that looks like a small ball when I stand up.
Anyone else had this problem before? What did you do?

    Give it time. Took mine about 6 months before it went down. At 4 weeks your body is still healing. Congrats on babies? Didn't you have twins? How are they?

    Time. Usually takes six weeks to heal

    Yes twins. 5 lbs 9 oz and 6 lbs 9 oz.
    As far as I know they are fine. I was a surrogate.

    Time! It can take months to tighten up again. After my first i still has loose skin (lost all weight plus more) at 4 months when I got pregnant again.
