I'm not quite sure what happened last week. So, I've changed my goal weight and I've changed what I'm doing daily.

    My goals are:
    1. Drink 8 glasses of water
    2. Get in 6000 steps or get 4000 plus 30 minutes of exercise
    3. Get 7 hours of sleep each night

I'm getting a new furnace installed and I'll be stuck at home for two days. I'll have to be creative to get enough steps in, but will have plenty of opportunity to clean and purge the boxes in my living room!

I'm trying to find a decent balance for increasing calories and activity levels. I did, at least, sleep better last night.

I did that for lunch! Went to McDonald's and had a quarter pounder with no bun so I'd have the carbs for a medium fry! Dinner is a salad with grilled chicken, so I should balance out OK!

P.S. I just set your awesome trail pic as the background on my work computer! I can daydream that I'm there...

Placed third in age group in today's race with best time since second surgery... Whew what a year! But finished strong and safe from injury
