Good Morning,
Another dry, smoky day in Georgia; we need rain.
Sinuses starting to get aggravating, fall pollen, dry air, smoke does not make Sam a happy boy.
Hope all backs, DD's, DW's are doing better; getting older ain't as much fun as commercials show.
Enjoy the Day,
Sam I am0 -
Good morning gentlemen.
You can have some of our rain, Sam. It's been pouring buckets all night. We had record rain in October and it is more of the same in November.
Up at 3:45 this morning, as the insomnia rolls on. The sleep "therapist" didn't work out. She was not certified and made suggestions I could have gotten online. Back to square one.
DW started taking all hedr meds yesterday. Thankfully, she had no imediate side effects.0 -
Good Morning. Dave, don't hog all the rain. Push some of it south. Glad to hear DW is handling the meds ok. I am sorry they referred you to an uncertified sleep (non)therapist.
I am in my final weeks at work. My workload is light now which is good for days like yesterday where the drowsiness from the meds got the upper hand. Going to try walking again today now that the back has loosened up again.0 -
Good Morning!
Dave, sorry it didn't work out! I hope that you find relief soon. Glad that your wife is doing OK starting on meds. That's always a sigh of relief.
Busy day on tap. Not bad, just busy. Livin' the dream, whatever that is....0 -
Morning Men. Sorry for the absence...have been really trying to toe the line however not without some difficulty. hanging in there and trying to be strong. Be well all.
Dave as one who has suffered from a lifetime of no sleep, have basically just given into it and sleep when I can try to make something good of the up times.....0 -
Have a great day men, be well.0
