    Good morning gentlemen.

    Somehow I missed an important (to me) anniversary. Yesterday marked 40 years since I first raised my hand and pledged to protect the nation from all enemies. Time sure flew by.

    Got my flu shot yesterday.

    Nothing much here to report. Sunny and warm in Kansas. Record highs tomorrow. Gotta love global warming, or whatever this might be.

    Morning men. Tracking 3 days in a row. Lots of rain yesterday- no hiking for me. Spent the day reading a fascinating book, Modern Physics and Ancient Faith. I'm on chapter 22, "Is the human mind just a computer?" Time to put the book down and go outside and exercise...

    (Obviously not--Computers don't gain weight.)
