    Happy Thursday, BBB!

I've got my last 3 meetings of Thanksgiving food planning today, so I attached a picture of me in the apron I'm wearing for these ones. I'm armed and ready! ha!

I've issued a Thanksgiving week challenge to my groups, and maybe some of you would like to be in on it, too. It's really for those who are doing WW still, so if you are and would like to hear the details, let me know. :)

Skip, how did the Grand Project day go?
Raine, honestly, I'm not even exactly sure what that is ... kinda like a hedgehog? I'll have to google.
I so wish I could be there with Kelly and Steph!

    Hugs all around!s5p8cv61s1dn.jpg

    Fun photo.

Nice meetup last night with a former coworker. Her position was eliminated at the same time I was. Was a nice visit.

    Good Morning,
Leggings and boots, I'll bet Jim would rather just have the apron; lets make Thanksgiving interesting.
Skip, I have some pills, may not get rid of your pain but you won't care.
Heat in offices must be over rated, if I didn't have electric heater in office I'll have major issues. arthritis does not like cold.
    Lee, enjoy day off.
Kelly and Steph stay out of trouble and have a GREAT time.
Hopefully demo on floors will be finished tomorrow, had to remove glued down engineered flooring, they are planning on working through the weekend to have finished before Thanksgiving.
Today is youngest grandchild's 1st birthday. DD has large party scheduled for Sunday, he will not know what is going on nor will he remember as he gets older.
DMIL still has a huge mess and I don't believe she has gotten any boxes unpacked. At least she is getting some exercise coming up steps; I told her I was going to lock the door, she said she would walk around, more exercise would be good for her.
    Tis TGIF Eve,
    Enjoy the Day

    Great look, Lisa!

Awesome job, Jack! You handsome boy, you! Glad you're done with the leaves, Raine! SO will cut grass, clean gutters, one least time Sat, and pick up any straggling leaves around that way.

Have a great visit Kelly and Steph!

Kelly, always good times when the adult kids come back for visit, loudness and all!

Thanksgivings a week away! Temps in 60's here again today, then the bottom is suppose to drop out brrrr. Finally the hvac in office is working!

Great crew Bill, love the old buildings/homes in the background. Looks like area has a a great small town feel ?!

Have a good day BBB, its almost the weekend!

Good morning BBB Friends. Up early for some routine blood work and then off to Huddle House for breakfast with the DW. Lisa can rule my kitchen anytime. I was glad to see Jack had a speaking part and he did great. I wish I could be in Indy tonight. It would be fun meeting up with Steph and Kelly. You are right Sam, the 1st birthday party is for the parents. Interesting area your VFW is in Skip. It looks residential. Great crew. DD is still in our prayers Bob.

Raine, I love the commercial! Such a happy vibe. Jack's definitely the STAR! Notice that he was the only dog with a speaking part.

Kelly, have fun with the boys! And with STEPH! I can't wait to see pictures!

Here's Lisa's Thanksgiving Challenge. There are 2 options:

For those who are planning to TRACK ON THANKSGIVING:
    1. Track honestly the entire week, stay within budget (including Daily Smart Points, Weeklies, and FitPoints), and, if you are going to allow an overage that week because of the holiday, choose that now and stick within it. Keep in mind that eating more than your budget will probably hinder any loss, but I realize that for many folks that's perfectly fine. Simply choosing how MUCH of an overage you are okay with now will help you feel in control and successful anyway.
    2. Plan your meals for Friday, Saturday and Sunday BEFORE the holiday. That way you won't get caught in the trap of either eating Thanksgiving 4 times, nor going into the craziest shopping weekend of the year without any groceries in the fridge (which often leads to eating out out of necessity).

For those who are NOT going to TRACK ON THANKSGIVING:
    1. Track honestly every other day of the week, and stick to your Daily Smart Points. No Weeklies or FitPoints on any other days ... we'll assume you're using those on the holiday.

I actually gave members today (since I won't be seeing them next week) the option to sign up for one or the other, then I took a picture of the sign-up to post on their fb pages as added accountability and for others on the fb page to join in on, if they missed the meeting. I'll do the same with my other meetings next week.
