I'm growing my own lettuce at home!!
Super easy-- Just cut off the bottom (root?) of the lettuce and dunk it in water. Change out the water every few days. It should grow in about 2 weeks. You can transfer it to soil after that to grow it even further or make yourself a baby salad.
