Any of my Sleeved Girls lifting weights? if so what are you eating? is your diary available? I'm just starting on the weights. i am one month away from my 1 year surgiversary. I am 5ft 3in. I started at 243lb and now i'm at 147lb (96# loss). i have some loose skin but it's not HORRIBLE. I will be having a tummy tuck/breast augmentation in the spring of 2018, but first i want to gain muscle get stronger and tighten up some of that loose skin. Anyone have advice for me?

I'm 13 months out, I'm currently shooting for 1700 cal/day, 100/100/100 fat, carb, protein. I had a few tests done and found out I have way more lean muscle than anticipated and my metabolism is on fire. I've started running and need to seriously up my intake. The test (a dexascan) showed I only have 5lbs to lose before I start getting too thin. I upped everything and lost 2 more lbs, lol! So, it's a crapshoot trying to negotiate this. Right now I'm bouncing between 143 - 145lbs, they said I shouldn't get below 140.

Oh, and I do lift 3x a week and run 3x a week. I'm still building muscle at this point.1
