How can I synchronise my steps with MFP?

Since you both have no details to know what has been done or not, starting at basics.

Read the FAQ in the stickies, the opening parts say where they get synced at and how to do that process - so does a link about getting them synced.

Usually any forum on the internet, as posts that are either locked, or open, but they are tagged to stay at the top for easy finding no matter the last date of the post - ie "sticky".

In MFP you have them in each general forum category, and in these specific groups.

Usually viewing recent threads shows them at the top.
