Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

My son-in-law, a professional musician from California, says incredulously, "Are you going to work? Does anyone work this time of year?" I replied, "I employ 21 people. Not many of them are working this week, but I have lots to do since it's the end of the year."
As we get ready for the birth of 2017, think about how far you have come this year. What have you accomplished toward your goals?
For me, it's been great to have a healthy year. I have not had an asthma attack for a year and I did not gain any weight this year.
What are you happy about as we end this year?

Weight is the same as last year at this time even though I am eating cookies.
that after 24 years I took the plunge and went and got a new job this year. It was a godsend as I was able to cover my daughter with medical insurance as my husband's insurance dropped her. there is a reason for everything.

2017 I need to destress more and get back into my exercise habits.

It is snowing so it looks like I will be spending the night with Grandma. Hey it's close to the branch and I will be able to get to work tomorrow without any problems. Even if it's a blizzard. Gran has no internet so I may not be on for a few days. Til I get back Take care everyone!!

    Now so long, Marianne
It's time that we began to laugh
And cry and cry and laugh about it all again.

Oh, Leonard Cohen, another loss of 2016. When my daughter asks about the year she was born there will be plenty to tell her. The loss of so many stars, Prince, Cohen, Bowie, Alan Tillman to name but a few. The unexpectedness of Brexit and Trump. The sadness of the refugee crisis. Yet it's been the best year of my life.

I've lost 45 pounds since my weight from 2 weeks after giving birth. I'm at my pre pregnancy weight but I was overweight. My new challenge will be keeping up the loss (well starting it again as I've stalled) as I return to work part time from next Tuesday.

@2020pinktogo and @RangerRickL I hope work was OK. I used to like working between Christmas and new year. Easy for me to say now maybe as I'm not but everyone was in good spirits and you could get lots done with fewer people. Maybe less so in the bank!

    Yes x 3 just!

Sorry, that I have been MIA! I came down with an awful cold and have been focusing on recovering, so that I can come back strong the beginning of 2017! Good luck to all and be well!

I've been kind of in a funk but am looking forward to January's challenge!

My report: I closed the books on the 2016 business year today. That is always a challenge. I love everything about my work, except having to meet the monthly expenses. On the bright side, we serve a lot of people in a caring manner that I believe is unusual for a law firm. It's been a fulfilling year.
    My UAC report for today:
    Calories: great
Activity: 45 minutes in the cold shoveling, raking; lifting and walking in the cold barn doing horse related chores.
    Tracking: ok
    A good accountability day.

Oh and that was meant to say poor Alan Rickman but my phone insisted on changing it.
