I know last weeks challenge was hard, it was meant to be. Please try and continue it this week. Post it notes are great, sit down and write 5 things about yourself that are positive and 5 things you want to see change. It doesn't have to be about your body, they could be better time management, spend more time having some "me " time, ect. Take those post it notes and post them somewhere you can see them daily. Nothing like seeing the reminders of great things about ourselves as well as reminders of things we want to change. Drink your water, keep adding 10 minutes to your exercise and know that this journey is for you. No one else..you! And YOU are WORTH it
