    Congratulations Bill, hopefully you are going wonder how you had time to work. But they say staying busy keeps us alive and going.
    Vegan, gluten and/or fat free might as well chew on cardboard.
    Mike if you figure how to lose 15 lbs let me know. Hopefully they will get my thyroid regulated and I'll be able to lose some of this excess but I know some of my meds are fighting me losing.
    I have started back to gym 3 days a week, will lead yoga class this afternoon; arthritis does not like gym or yoga but I know it helps keep it broken up.

    Sam, my DD is a yoga teacher. Bikram hot yoga. 105 degrees. She finally got me in a class once. Thought I was gonna die. And all these women in their bikinis (for better or worse - -some much worse). I had to leave before the time was up, between the heat and the scenery.
