Days Worked Out Challenge – December 2016

For December, our challenge is to work out at least 22 days. We count days worked out, not number of workouts, so only one workout a day counts.
This challenge is open to anyone who wants to join and is willing to follow the simple, but important, instructions for posting workouts.
We keep a running tally of the month's workouts. To do that:
Copy or quote the most recent post, including the date (changing it to the current date if necessary), and either add your name to the list or update your number if your name is already on there. Failure to copy the most recent post will result in other participants' numbers being goofed up, which isn't fair to the rest of the group.
Keep tabs on your number to make sure it's accurate, and let me know if there are issues. In groups, we have the ability to edit and/or delete posts if necessary. Thanks, and welcome! :flowerforyou:

Finally got in! And there was this really agressive guy up in my grill trying to start a fight then following me around purposely getting in my way. This is my 2nd encounter with an agressive bro getting up in my face this month at the gym. The last one told me I was a miserable woman with a barren womb which at least made me laugh at him. This one was more quiet agressive. Annoying. Misogyny in high effect.0 -

My workout performance is abysmal. Mom's health is declining, and I'm barely keeping up with work and keeping my family fed while tending to her needs. Don't tell anybody, but I didn't even take a shower yesterday. Good thing I have a home office! I promise I will shower today, but I don't think a workout is going to make the cut. I am going to have to figure out whether I: (a) just keep going on the way I have been; (b) find some kind of help (hey, little brother, she's your mom too!); or (c) cut back on the amount of work I do. Option C is the least appealing to me. I've spent 22 years building my business, and it's going strong now. That doesn't mean my mother isn't a priority, but I have to think of my future too. Ya know? So why do I feel so selfish just expressing that in writing? Ugh.0 -

Don't feel selfish at all! It's draining to have to care for someone without help and not get time for yourself, and also draining to watch your mom's health decline. I hope you are able to get your brother to at least help - you can't do it all yourself. I'm sorry things aren't going the best for you now.0 -
