Good reminder, @crimsongrey! I know I totally need to take it up a notch today and get in a good workout that really pushes me and eat well.0

Yoga intermediate workout and stall cleaning. Back to work tomorrow. We do 12 hour shifts so sometimes that is an exercise session in itself.0

Love the century club story! A real inspiration.0

Didn't ride today, not because I didn't want to, but because I want to give my horse a couple more days of getting used to the cold. This weekend will be snowy, but warmer so I'll ride both days. Did make it to the gym though; rowing machine, weights and bike! All so I could have chinese food for dinner Hope everyone had a great Friday!1

Last night I rode 3 horses an hour a piece, but didn't get my work out in, so I'm doing doubles today for workouts. Once it warms up I will be riding all 3 horses.1

@tmcoyle I miss those days when I didn't have to work out as much because I was riding several horses a day and doing chores. Hope you had a good workout today!0

Love the "gift I give myself" @crimsongrey. I worked out early this morning for 30 min. If I wait until the end of the day I don't always get it done. @Snookb276 nice workout. I always go to my yoga workout when my hamstrings are really tight from riding.1

Pretty happy with the end of the first week! I rotated and fed 20 horses both days this weekend and cleaned some stalls. Yesterday was a planned day off from the gym and I REALLY wanted today to be, but I ended up getting my butt there to make sure I got my 5 workouts in for the week. Unfortunately, I only got 4 rides in due to the weather. Week 1 complete! Hope everyone achieved what they had planned!0

It was a great week 1. Did 5 yoga workouts instead of the 3 I committed to. also got in chores and walks. On to week 2.1

Week 1 was satisfactory.... I made my 50K step challenge associated with my garmin. I rode 4/5 times, I walked the dog 2/5 nights (it was effin cold) running fell by the wayside although I did get what I had to do done.....got the house work done and the Christmas decorations up.
Week 2 will be a bit better I am aiming to be over 60k steps for the week and be better with my puppy walks and runs.2
