    Hi Sal, the forum isn't very active, but if you read through some of the posts and check profiles you could send some friend requests (with a note) and develop an active friends list. One is on the way to you.

    well I don;t think the group has been active, BUT, neither have I. I went off the rails, stacked on all the 17lb I'd lost, and am now back to regain my mojo. I'd love to have some pals in my own age group, and who have a fair bit to lose. cheers, fittolead
