I've been on a Facebook Weightloss support group run by a friend. In it she posted a check-in every day. People listed their accomplishments (food/exercise). I liked the structure a lot. It kept me accountable. Would people be annoyed if I posted a new discussion every day? I've never done this on MFP, so I don't know what to do/expect. In any case, you guys seem to be fairly active, so I'm interested in joining this.
In any case, my accomplishments so far is:
Food:
Breakfast was decent. Meal Replacement shake and milk
Lunch was high (580 calories). Pork tenderloin, Pernil (Puerto Rican Pork Shoulder), and green beans
Snack was eh. Cheese
Dinner: plan to have gem wraps, kale salad mix, salsa, and guacamole.
I ate too many calories for lunch, so compensating for dinner. Oof.
Overall, I think my day will be about 1300 calories.
Exercise: Ultimate Frisbee.
