Kelly, sorry to hear about friend; bypasses are bad enough without having to lose appendages.
Cold in coming to Georgia, 42 now expecting it to get up to 44 today then dropping into 20's tonight. You can call Sam wimpy but arthur doesn't like cold.
Lee, hope you are feeling better and have a great day off.
Skip, if you slow down a little your immune system may have a chance to build up.
Mug will be mailed by Saturday.

Bitter cold here and going to get colder. I can't imagine living in North Dakota.
I am not a cold weather fan.
I put away the fall decorations and brought out a few Christmas decorations but keeping it minimal.
Kelly - missed you in the daily banter.
Bill and Lee - hope you are feeling better.

I did something to the left side of my back. It's a pulled muscle big time. By the time I got home from my hair cut last night after work, I could barely walk. What the heck. I laid down at 6pm and didn't get up until 6am this morning. It's better but still bad, yikes. I don't have time for this right now. Dinner party at our house Sat. night for 8. I got stuff to do - boohoooo
I got a package yesterday, but haven't opened it up yet. I may tonite. I am still awaiting on the one I am giving to be completed, sigh. I hope to get it out on weekend.
Not sure if 'll last in the office all day, we'll see.

Mary - battling back issues are no fun! Have you tried the ThermaCare heat wraps (stick on)? They are wonderful for minor back/muscle.... Of course - there's another concoction to try too - have you heard of a Sweaty Italian? It cures what ails ya :-)
Finished all the pre-op stuff yesterday. On standby for a cancellation to move my appt up so to be SURE not to be in hospital bed on xmas morning. Thus, i'm wearing three color coded bracelets. My boss asked me this morning WTF?? I just smiled and said I was at a Rave Party. He gave me the "what the hell are you talking about look." I just smiled and walked away. Clueless. Haaa

Good afternoon BBB Friends. Where did the morning go? My news for the day is the toaster oven died. My McMuffin this morning was disappointing. Now there is a big decision on what replaces it. I hope all of you that are ailing start feeling better. Don't let the holiday pressures get you stressed. It is okay to say no to some things. Lou, I hope you find a good cup of joe.0

This should brighten Skip up. I rode by the new stadium yesterday. It looks light the Braves will be ready for opening day.

Oddly, knock on wood (knock knock knock), as quickly yesterday my back started to pain me, and this morning it was still sore.... right now, it feels much better. I think I pulled a muscle laying on the new couch Tues. night reading. I even complained the new couch, which is a recliner couch, is so uncomfortable to lay on. Its like laying across three chairs. hmmmmm. Guess its made for sitting on!

BTW - I got a few early xmas goodies for the hospital stay.... A Braves bathrobe among them....last thing those nice nurses needs to see is my fat@ss wobbling down the hallway.....wearing an assless gown....
