Hello once more to those of you who still check in. I am still here and checking daily for posts. In June I re injured my arm digging a ton of holes looking for a sewer line at my house and since my elbow was already in a weakened state from tendonitis 5 years ago I made it much worse. Then while my body was trying to recover I was pulling double duty as cook, and manager at my work and decided my arm did not hurt enough so it decided to give me radial nerve tunneling, which is when the radial nerve begins to be compressed by your own body, and it causes, what I can only describe as electrified fire pain and shot from the back of my bicep to my fingertips for many hours a day with no relief. I had surgery the day after Thanksgiving to fix the 2 issues, and am happy to say I am recovering as well as can be expected. Still working but on light duty, as much as I want to jump in and help out I get yelled at by my employees if I try. So I point and give instructions when needed.

How has everyone else been? Anyone looking forward to Christmas? I know the holidays can be a very stressful time so please if you need someone to talk to send me a message or write on the wall or reach out to someone.
