My shrink is trying me on different tablets. He's slowly taking me off trazadone and giving me venflaxine. So now after three months I'm on ven with no trazadone. Somedays I feel like I'm not myself. Takes ages for me to sleep to the point where I don't sleep at all. I'm so down I cry all the time and I'm piggin out on chocolate. I next see my shrink in two weeks.

    Effexor can be very activating where, trazadone is more sedating. I take nozinan for sleep and have never looked back. Good luck finding the right meds :)

    I'm slowly getting there with the sleep issue. Trying not to nap during the day too so I can sleep at night.
