I like doing the Superhero workouts from http://darebee.com, I printed out enough to fill a 3-ring binder so I don't have to look them up when I want to do a workout. I will either pick out 2 and alternate them doing 3 sets each or I pick out one and set my HIIT timer and do a few fast paced sets.
