Anyone else finally past the nauseous stage and ready to get to walking/running/working out again? I haven't felt like doing anything at all in weeks. I've been on Phenergan and have been just exhausted when I walk in the door from work. After making supper, getting baby to bed and cleaning up, I'm done. My poor husband!! I'm usually in bed and asleep by 9.
I am finally starting to see the fog lift though and feeling like getting out and doing stuff again. I'm not on the medication any more and I have quite a bit more energy.
How is everyone else doing?
I'm 11 weeks btw.

So nauseous, so tired, but I'm only 7 weeks. I have my first ultrasound in 2 hours. Glad to hear you are feeling better.

My exhaustion is still kicking around at 13 weeks and I seem to be getting winded easily. I hope that goes away soon. I need to start exercising again. Maybe I should just push myself to be a little less lazy...

I never took a break from working out, actually stepped it up once I found out. I'm over the exhaustion and never had the nausea - just a teeny bit.

@VeryKatie unfortunately, the winded-ness is part of pregnancy and from what I experienced my first time around does not go away, only gets worse the bigger you get. Just keep up with walking and working out as best you can. Remember, you are growing a life so give yourself some credit :)

I unfortunately have not passed the nausea stage and i'm 24 weeks. But I do try to walk on my breaks and the weekends, fresh air seems to help for me.

I'm 17 weeks and still have some nausea. I'm currently taking Diclegis for the morning sickness and on those rare days where I run out or forget to take it, its bad news bears. I don't remember it lasting this long during pregnancy #1, but my husband tells me it did. Here's to hoping it goes away soon!
