My starting weight for this challenge is 180.8 lb, so this is also my current weight.
I weigh in every fortnight and my next weigh in will be on Christmas morning, believe it or not!
My goal weight is 145lb.

Im wanting to get back to where I was 18 months ago which is right in the middle of a healthy BMI for my height according to my doctor and I'm now borderline diabetic so its the wakeup call for me to value my health and myself.2 -
