Almost Christmas ladies...how has this week been.

    After last week's huge loss I'm delighted to have lost one lb this week. Does that mean none of last week's was water weight???

    I cannot give you goo news I'm afraid, all those quick grab meals and takeaways weren't the best for me.
    I've put on 2lb I think? I now weigh 203... could be worse I suppose, but I guess I aint gettin to ONEderland before Christmas!! lol

    Yeah I posted in the wrong place yesterday. 2lb with all the stress of moving isn't bad. You'll get it off soon
