Stand up press-ups

Hi guys. Just wanted to share. I REALLY struggle with press-ups (push-ups, whatever you call them). Even the girl ones. I just haven't got the shoulder strength to get my nose out of the carpet.
But an accidental discovery on the internet while looking for shoulder strengthening, I have discovered you can do them standing up, pushing against a wall. They are ace!
Less burn than traditional ones, but the further you put your feet from the wall, the bigger the burn. And you can do them with your hands close together, wide apart, or regular.
I think I'm going to do lots of reps of these easy wall ones until my shoulders are strong enough to handle proper ones.
Try it, and let me know what you think.
