Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

My end of the month investigation begins: Who will be in the January Winner's Circle? Do you expect to finish this month with 3 or less Pass Days? You know who you are.. raise your hands by either telling us in your usual post or send me a private message. We want to celebrate you at the end of this month and the beginning of the next.
    Thanks, Rick

Congratulations to everyone for signing up and being committed. Winners circle or not, you are awesome for showing up!
Thanks Rick for creating and maintaining the challenge. I am looking forward to getting to the circle in February. Less days should help :-)

I should be in the circle if something happens I will let u know.

I was spot on about the audit. I can so do this. I will figure out all my audits and test dates in nothing flat. ;)

Well I have a migraine so I guess we will be getting the weather advisory they are calling for. As long as I can get to work tomorrow for my little baby shift. The bank is only open 9 to noon at the branch. I wish it was the one closer to my home but it's just 20 min down the road.. My mom is already a wreck about it. My siblings have it so easy they don't have to check in nor do they have to think twice. I am calling daily checking in making sure all is well.

Today's my late day time to get the rear in gear. Have a great day!

JANUARY 27 - I guess I'm the first of the evening posts. I'm eating dinner and then closing the kitchen and the work week, thankful to have no plans. My shoulder aches but I guess that's a good thing. My 68-year-old trainer brother says if you exercise something's going to hurt, AND if you don't exercise something's going to hurt. What are you going to do?

Good day, good week - Yes x 3 - Morning yoga, noon Body Pump - gotta get ready to hit the slopes!

I almost forgot: The real prize is simply belonging to this group, sharing and striving to improve, winner circle or not. That being said - Oh yeah! I am definitely in the winners' circle this month. I feel strong and in control, living in the new zip code. I got this!

What a work week! The next looks no better. Bright side is my eating was on and I got in some exercise outside.
Tonight I was going to do a short run outside, but it's a bit windy.
    Treadmill blah
    Flex it Friday :-)

I have tracked everything today as best as I could, but I am not sure as I went to a Chinese buffet. Almost 1000kcal over my budget (Chinese New Year's Eve gathering... this will be my cheat day). I didn't exercise but I have been moving a lot.

Ok, So far, @2020pinktogo; @fitqueenbess and @NameItNClaimIt and @cdjackson568 are looking toward the Winner's Circle. I agree with @fitqueenbess and @ICameToGetDown that the everyone is a winner who shows up and stays the course. That is why when I became the leader, I changed the rules so we can stay in the UAC even when we do not make it to the Winner's Circle. For me, I am still committed to the long-term, even when I fail to make it to the Winner's Circle.

    As a example of 'failure":
I went to a family gathering in Central Illinois. I drove 4 hours to get there and later, I drove 4 hours back. I failed to exercise and to keep my calories under my limit. Nonetheless, Today...to heck with it.
We celebrated with my Mom as we eat junk food of pizza and fried chicken. A couple of weeks ago, we thought she was about to die. Today, she energetically, celebrated her 86th birthday. So what if this is a PASS DAY.

Wow Rick happy birthday to your mom!!
I have 3 passes but I am in the winners circle if I can behave for the next couple days!
Exercise? Yes. For our workout today we worked on one skill and a strength. I worked on handstand walks and handstand push-ups. My husband was a cheerleader in college so he had a blast trying to teach me. Lol I also worked on Clean and Jerk and ended up getting a lot of help from others in the class. Such a great community
    Calories/tracking?

I agree @RangerRickL, it really is learning how to balance it all- eat healthy most of the time, so that you have that opportunity to enjoy a few splurges. In the end your body is healthy and you mind is happy.
