    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No (not unless you count walking around in Best Buy...lol)
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No (evening downfall)
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? I was good until evening

    I'm sorry I haven't been on here too much. I got sidetracked at the beginning of the month, but I'm working on picking myself back up. I've fallen into old habits and have to focus on one day at a time and getting back into an exercise routine and healthy eating. I let things get in the way of taking care of my exercise. The weather shouldn't be an excuse. I am trying to schedule exercise on my phone for the week, but every day this week things have come up and there was no plan B. At least I'm mindful of it, and that's key.

    It is great to see so many of our friends!
    My report from today is pretty basic:
    Tracking: sometimes it's surprising what a food will 'cost' in calories. I did ok
    Calories: under due to tracking
    Exercise: basic treadmill today, ok
