Two full weeks left! How are you doing? It's been a crazy ride, this challenge. We will have been though a couple of holidays and I'm sure celebrations of our own, but we made it. I have opened the next challenge that will start Jan. 2nd. It's the New year New You challenge and I hope to see you all there. We can do this!

Rough navigating the friends and family gatherings. I've eaten foods that have high salt and I'm sure sugar galore. It shows on the scale instantly. It will not show going down anywhere near as fast, but I'm going to try to be careful over this Holiday weekend.0 -
