12 Days of X-mas

Hello All,

The board has been a little quiet. Any of you guys doing the 12 days of X-mas this Saturday? I know gyms usually make up their own routine. I do not know what our coaches have planned for us but it should be a heck of a workout. It was last year.

Do you guys have any special WOD(s happening for X-mas?

    Our X-mas workout was a brutal one. It took me 70:39.
    1) 200 meter run
    2) Muscle ups/C2B/Pull-ups
    3) Box Jump Overs
    4) Burpees
    5) Ring Dips (Push-ups)
    6) T2B (Knee Raiser)
    7) KB Swings (70-55)
    8) Wall Balls (20-14)
    9) Tuck Jumps
    10) HSPU (Seated Press)
    11) C&J (135-95)
    12) 120 Dubs (240 Singles)
