when your out for the day Mtb'ing what snacks do you take, for energy ?

Depends on how far/strenuous. If a minor ride, then I'll bring apples/cuties, light string cheese, baby carrots, boiled egg, things such as those. For longer / harder rides, I'll bring a full on veggie/chicken wrap plus some of the above mentioned.0
