soft reset vs. hard reset

I have done a soft reset before, but I'm having some issues still with the button. I understand the hard reset erases all data on the band; does it also wipe out my profile when I sync it? Will I have to re-add teammates and lose the historical data on the app? Thanks!

    I would not think you would loose your teammates from the app. The data on the UP will be lost but when you connect up again, you will need to log in with your already setup account, so your data associated with your account should be fine.

    Please do not hold me to this but I would find it strange if you did loose all friends and prior data from their site.
