    Definitely joining the new challenge - this has been my fave group and most motivating group to be a part of :) Can't wait to weigh on New Years Day having reached the 15 lb goal, and only 0.5 kg off my hopefully-if-I-can-stay-super-motivated-over-the-holidays-goal !! :D

    Yay thanks for all your effort in presenting this challenge! I started at 191.8 in September and this challenge really made me "reel it in" and focus from 175 on down. I wanted to be 160 when I stepped on the plane this coming Friday for my 2 week overseas vacation. I'm finally going to the mall today to shop for a few things for my trip.

    I fully expect to be about 165 when I come back. My UGW is 150. When I return, my plan is to set my weight loss for 0.5 lb. per week and go back on Starting Strength. Thanks again and Happy New Year to all!!

    I personally think you did a great job. This is usually my time of year to gorge freely lol....I think we are all learning not to let the goodies consumption get the best of us too much during times of holidays and life in general. This is an excellent example of not letting it get away from you and keeping focus to the best of your ability at the time. Your overall trend is downward.....keep it up!! ;)

    Final week - 211.4 lbs

    +5.8 lbs (I've been sick the last few days, so hoping that's part of it.)

    Instead of losing weight this challenge, I've gained 9 lbs more than my starting weight!

    I've been sick for the past two days and unable to eat properly so that's probably responsible for the big jump. I'm sure it's not 100% accurate. At the doctor yesterday I weighed 164.6 so I think that's more accurate.

    Total down for challenge: 10.8 lbs (counting 12/31 weight)

    Many apologies to the group. I did not do as I committed to doing. In fact, I lost 5 lbs in the month of November only to gain it back in December. I am at exactly the weight I started on Oct. 28th. Am I disappointed? Sure. I have a lot to lose! But I am also grateful and proud of myself that I made some good choices so it wasn't as bad.

    I am back as of today. Got to start somewhere. Tracking again, drinking water and cautiously optimistic. Not beating myself up about the past month of hibernating from others and running from myself. Just stepping up to the plate and ready to swing at the target!!

    Congrats to those who met or exceeded their goals!! I applaud your commitment and stamina.

    Well I started at 155 and have finished at 145. Was down to 144 during the challenge but CHRISTMAS got in the way of me. Anyway, 10lbs is not to be sniffed at so I'm pretty happy.
    I'm afraid I can't update the spreadsheet as I'm on iPad and won't have access to a pc until monday.

    Started at 484.2, ended at 466.7 for a 17.5 pound loss. i put on a pound over the end of year festivities, but the rest of the weeks there was loss
