here is the link to the outline of the 5 day pouch test/ re-set...I found it online and thought i would share for anyone that is at this point and would like to reset themselfs.

    I'm curious how many people have to do this and how often. People ask me now what I can't eat. I eat everything if I want, but I eat in very small portions and I don't eat a lot of junk carbs. If I want ice cream, I have 1/2 cup, but I only have it maybe once or twice a month. I'm three years out and still losing.

    I do liquid diets every one in awhile (like pre op). 800 calories for a week or so does do a great reset.

    Thanks for the link! I am only five months out and have yet to need to do this. I saved it just in case, though. I had a friend who is almost two years, or so, out from RNY that did this not too long ago. It seemed to work for her.
