    Sorry I went MIA for a few months, found out I am pregnant so been kinda busy... Not trying to lose weight right now, just keep track of my weight gains and losses... :blush:

    My body is definitely adjusting to the shock of being under 200 for the first time in 22 years (I was 20 back then), doing a lot of bouncing around on the scale. This is the least I have ever weighed as an adult. Keep up the hard work all!

    I started running again at the beginning of the year after 2 or 3 months of being an overworked, lazy bum. Since then, I've run at least a mile every day and been better about tracking what I eat. I know this month will be an anomaly with regard to weight loss because it's the beginning of something different, so February will be the real litmus for me.

    And Brooke, smashing that 200lb milestone must feel incredible, really well done on sticking with it for so long. You're an inspiration!

    I'm hoping (wishful thinking?) that my weigh in today is a little inflated due to TOM, so maybe I'll drop a little more by the end of the month! But even if not, and if I haven't achieved what I targeted for the month, what I HAVE done is lost every week this month, and for me that is a hell of an accomplishment in itself and I MUST NOT let myself go down that dark path of beating myself up for t not being enough. Changing your life takes a (very!) long time and every loss should be celebrated. Just need to keep reminding myself of that!!!

    My theory of my body being in shock appears to hold true. Yesterday morning it was 194.8, this morning back up to 196, but today is the day I weigh and the day that counts. I am pointing out the bouncing to you guys because it is frustrating but NORMAL, so please don't get too down when it happens to you. I didn't quite make my monthly goal but 7.6 is wonderful and worth celebrating. So is your 6, Jen! And your 1, Pidge, and your pregnancy Malia, and definitely your 18.6???? Mike! And your 2.2 meow, and every single effort each of us makes every day.
