What happens when you grab the bag of premixed chopped salad from the fridge and it's bad? Improvise! I forgot about this staple when I was eating more healthy before. It looks gross, but it's so good, promise...

1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
9 slices of chicken luncheon meat (I like tuna better)
Sliced pickles
Pepper to taste

Today's mix is 290 calories and has 26 g of protein! This will keep me going til dinner!
