Hey, everyone, what program or workouts is everyone using at the moment? I'm on my second run-through of Fighter's Codex, as well as the 30-day 20,000 knee highs challenge.

I've decided to start Hero's Journey tomorrow. I've done the first 11 days before but then I fell ill and got my concussion which led to me being bedridden for ages, so I never got back to it. I probably won't be doing it every day without breaks like I did before because I already get a lot of exercise biking to work and walking my dog, but I'll try to stick to it when I do have some spare time.

I'm not really following any specific plan. I'll give Fighter's Codex a try in combination with my efforts to run a little. I'm usually pretty random with my workouts. One day something from Darebee, then a run, then TapOut, then jump roping...I enjoy working out, I just have trouble sticking to any particular workout routine. So I'm, gonna work on actually finishing Fighter's Codex, and going through the motions of going for a run, regardless of how long, at least 3 times a week.

It's not a problem that you can't stick to one program or routine. If you're motivated by the variety of workouts that's what you should focus on. If you focus on just one thing (like Fighter's Codex, which is only combat workouts) you might get bored. It is however a very fun program so you could give it a try either way and see how you like it. I ended up looking forward to it every day. It's the most fun if you have a heavy bag around, but it works perfectly fine without one too.

Definitely nothing wrong with that. You can always go to the workout page, enter a few parameters, and then hit the random button.

Hey gals I just saw this. I am thinking of starting up the Hero's Journey on the first of February with a group. If either of you are interested send me an email and I will see you get an invite. Just something to add to a regular program or to help motivate the rest of us.
