Has anyone ever tried to make flax milk?

I'm pretty much an expert at making almond milk so I thought I'd try flax milk, but it came out all gooey?? Has anyone ever experienced this?

    Store bought flax milk is pretty much flax oil and water with a thickening agent. If you use flaxseeds you will get that sticky mess just as if you were making flax egg replacer. If you want the benefits of the omega fatty acids than buy another neutral tasting milk or use water and add flax oil, but if you like the taste of flax milk maybe you can add a thickening agent to flax oil and water.
